Business Interruption Grant Program

The Business Interruption Grant (BIG) program is a $636 million program developed by Governor Pritzker and the Illinois General Assembly to provide economic relief for small businesses hit hardest by COVID-19. BIG leverages federal funding provided by the CARES Act to help offset COVID-19 related losses for Illinois small businesses.

June 25, 2020 was the PERFECT DAY for the South Holland Business Association’s (SHBA) annual golf outing. The sky was blue and the temperature was pleasantly comfortable. The only problem was that the event had to be canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This was such a bummer especially since the 2018 and 2019 golf outings had been postponed due to inclement weather.
